Withdrawals before the early entry deadline will be refunded in full, less their CC processing fee. (October 20th)

Withdrawals after the early entry deadline and before final deadline will receive their entry fee back, less $50.00. (October 24th)

Withdrawals after the final deadline will receive their entry fee back, less $100.00. (October 25th)

Withdrawals after 11:59pm EST 24 hours before the first round will be refunded 50%.

Withdrawals on the day of the first round or later will not receive a refund.

Riding practice rounds will be available at a discounted rate of $23 seven days prior to the tournament. Walking practice rounds have no fee.
